Lindsey, who has both a JD and an MBA, joins us from the Legal & Government Affairs community. As a Real Estate Agent, Lindsey focuses her practice on first-time homebuyers as well as buy-hold, buy-rehab-rent-refinance-repeat, and fix-and-flip investors.

Resurgens Residential is pleased to welcome Jacob Terrell to the team!

Jacob is a Griffin, GA native and has lived in Atlanta, GA for the past 12 years. He is a Recruiting Manager for an award-winning civil engineering firm which keeps him "in the know" about new construction and real estate projects in the metro Atlanta area. He is a newly-licensed Real Estate Salesperson and has experience in single and multi-family real estate investing.

Jacob has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, and his goal is to help other real estate investors reach their financial goals.

He enjoys running, spending time with his wife and new-born daughter, and is an avid Atlanta and UGA sports fan.
